Snoop Consulting’s training policy is based on the selection of a Mentor for each consultant who acts as a guide in the learning process of the specific subjects chosen. This way, we define a particular profile together with the consultant to develop a specific training program. In order to have a close follow up of Career Plans and their evolution, each mentor is assigned a maximum number of 3 consultants.
Also, our Professional Development Department is responsible for a Career Plan for each person in the organization. We guarantee and care for the constant growth of our professionals. This results in benefits for the customer, the company and the staff.
