Training and Development
People are the essence of every company.
Snoop Consulting is a place where all people work together as a team, sharing the philosophy and the quality objectives which boost the development of the company.


Our staff is carefully selected and, by means of constant training programs and permanent updating we keep high quality standards in the services we offered.

At Snoop Consulting, we have a strong commitment to the quality of services provided. For this reason, we offer ongoing training to our personnel.

Snoop Consulting’s training policy is based on the selection of a Mentor for each consultant who acts as a guide in the learning process of the specific subjects chosen.  This way, we define a particular profile together with the consultant to develop a specific training program.  In order to have a close follow up of Career Plans and their evolution, each mentor is assigned a maximum number of 3 consultants.

Also, our Professional Development Department is responsible for a Career Plan for each person in the organization.
We guarantee and care for the constant growth of our professionals.  This results in benefits for the customer, the company and the staff.
 
Scholarships

The company has entered into agreements with different universities, such as Universidad Nacional de La Plata, U.A.D.E., Facultad de Ingeniería, UBA, among others, in order to achieve the following aims:

  1. Integrating young people in working social groups, so that they can reinforce their personality and strengthen their own identity.
  2. Giving students and teachers the opportunity of being in close contact with the latest technologies.
  3. Contributing to bridge the gap between university and corporations, helping students make a right decision regarding future potential job elections.
